Devon Performance & Modified 2007
We had a good start to the day, we met up at Exeter Services & had a good old chin wag as we got ready to get into the show.

It is at this point I would like to thank everyone for coming... especially Russ (South West Branch) who looked nearly dead when he arrived. He assured us it was due to lack of sleep and nothing more.... hmmmm.

It was a little frustrating trying to get into the show as the traffic queued back the dual carridgeway... never ones to miss a trick we used it as a good chance to let off some steam.
Steve decided to show off his built in oven. He rushed to his boot and got out a wrapped pasty.... popped up his bonnet and placed it inside before closing it again. By the time we got into the show the pasty was at the perfect temperature.
Russ couldnt sit still despite feeling rough so he was climbing in & out of his car & pulling faces at me. I just turned my music up and started dancing while still sat in my bucket seat.
Queuing proved to be quite a problem as the temperature gauges started to rise & the oil was thining. Thanks to the organisers for letting as check our vehicles just inside the enterance as we were getting a little worried.
XRs sitting in a row waiting for the role call
More XRs ready to roll... while we are stood chatting
Russ just couldnt wait to get his hands on the picnic..... five minutes later you couldnt see his head as it was thrust into the depths of the cool box.
Steve frantically removing the polish he had applied ages earlier and just forgot about.
Chris & Kerry came to visit whilst on their holiday!!!
Not sure why I (Laura) seem to be showing them the rules to "Pull my finger"
Whilst taking it easy Donna looked round to notice that Russ' neck had misteriously vanished.
Not sure why Jaffa is looking so disgusted... all I can say is that it wasnt me!!
Dont think it counts as shiny but Jaffa adds it to his engine bay regardless
You can stop the sniggering right now!!!
Too close for comfort!! Fortunately with a little patience the Sierra got in and back out again in one piece.
Brians 3i looking as good as ever with Shelbie (his daughter) standing guard.

Big thank you to Brian, Donna & Russ for letting me use some of your photos
