The branch has a report all to itself with our meet to Haynes Motor Museum in Februaury 2009. Joined by many members from other branches we manage to secure a three page write up.
Xrs are finally making it back into Fast Ford magazine again after a bit of a dry spell. This time is a photo of the club stand at Ford Fair 2008. The first couple of cars you can see are from the South Wales branch... you can see the nose of Lauras XR2i as the fourth car in the front row
No mention of the club in this report but Jaffa & Loz were photographed admiring the exhibits on the Classic Ford stand at Santa Pod.
This featured article is a biggy. Simon Perryman with his old school Fezza had his very own feature along with Mark Shannon (before he decided to sell his on). Congratulations to both of them for a fantastic achievement & a pair of amazing cars.
The club had a brief mention in the review of the Devon & Cornwall RSOC show from earlier in the year. Tims XR4i makes a small appearance at the bottom of the report.
Cabman (Marc) Made it into Fast Ford at Ford Fair 2005 when he was actually with another club but we forgive him & here is his moment of fame.
The branch makes a brief appearance in the report from the Devon RSOC show... it was a cold wet day. Typical Fast Ford want a photo of us then really.
Ah well, we were happy to oblige.... drowned rats or not.
