This a new event for us and as it is to support a local business and the charity it was collecting for we were happy to attend. Unfortunately it fell on a week when most of the Devon & Cornwall members were otherwise engaged. I made it in Little Grey and so did Marc & Abi in their Focus.
Unfortunately a lot of clubs that were going to attend did not make it, we are unsure if it was because of the shocking weather or maybe something else. Anyway, the cars that did show were of great interest and in between the showers we dashed out to take a look and get some pictures.
unfortunately I did not get pictures of any of the Obviously Ford club before they had to go.

The food on offer was delicious and Abi & I found ourselves drooling over one particular offering of Chocolate Tiffin (a bit like Rocky Road), mmmmmmmmm.
the workshop was open to take a look at, although on first appearances it seemed quite small it soon became clear that it had plenty of room to get the work done, we even had a nosey round a "work in progress" and saw how KJM fabricated there own panels to perfection (it really is impressive stuff).
They also had something quite special tucked away and we were asked to take a look at it and identify it... no one managed it and to be honest we are none the wiser even after being told its name.

The afternoon was just spent dodging the rain, munching and chatting. It was nice and relaxed and well worth the effort, it is just a shame so many did not make it this time.

After the event we headed down the local pub to put our feet up and catch up a bit. We also compiled A-Z guides of alcohol and funny rude words, dont ask why... it kinda just happened.
In the car park we spotted a rather rare sight which we had to get a piccie of; a mk5 Fiesta XRV!!
