Despite the pictures looking a little dark this show was on a gorgeous sunny day... in fact we took in turns to take refuge in the shade as we slowly reddened throughout the day. We even invested in some BBQs and started under cutting the prices of the burger van parked behind our stand (naughty us!!).
This show is always a good laugh. It is more aimed towards the modifying and cruise club scene but there is still a good attendance from owners clubs like ourselves. In fact we had guest attendance on our stand... a few members from the South West Branch came along too.
I love shows like this because you can have it as a lazy day to just sit back & relax or for some of the members its a good chance to have a laugh & let off a bit of steam.... even if it does involve beating each other with soft objects.
I personally like the best of both worlds... although I do advise that which ever you enjoy please dont forget the suncream because it gets mighty painful the next day.
